ASST. PROJECT SALES MANAGER
The Assistant Project Sales Manager is responsible for selling NELTEX products to the Philippines’ top 10 developers, and water companies and from any specific account specified by Management.
Job Specifications:

Preferred - Graduate of any B. S. Engineering course, Management, or Marketing.

At least three (3) years of selling experience in the Construction Industry. With the previous handling of developers & contractors; must have a portfolio of known key accounts and contact persons.

Experience in using Sales APPS whether internal or external.
ASST. DISTRICT SALES MANAGER (CEBU / ILOILO / BACOLOD)
The Assistant District Sales Manager shall be responsible for executing the plans & programs that are laid down by the Regional Sales Manager or by the Marketing Manager in his assigned district.

Expected to improve the efficiency of execution by identifying potential problems followed by implementation of solutions within area coverage.

Execute annual sales strategy as given by the Regional Sales Manager and ensure achievement of business targets of area coverage.

Provides weekly, monthly & annual reports as required by the Regional Sales Manager and provides analysis on how to make things better and prevent inefficiency in the execution of the business plan.

Responsible for the Credit and collection activities, NRP & marketing program execution, and regular visitation of districts' covered accounts.

ASST. DISTRICT SALES MANAGER (DAVAO CITY-BASED)

REGIONAL SALES MANAGER (NCR)
The Regional Sales Manager shall be responsible for the overall management of his team towards the maximum achievement of sales targets. He/she is also responsible for implementing sales strategies including trade sales promotional programs, monitoring call frequency and coverage to increase the number of buying accounts, identifying new markets to improve product sell-outs from trade channels, and supporting new product sell-outs.
Job Specifications:

Graduate of any B.S. Engineering, Management, or Marketing course, preferably with an MBA degree/units.

At least three (3) to five (5) years of sales management experience In a medium-sized company engaged in either manufacturing, Construction, Dealership, or FMCG companies.

Must have a proven sales track record and manage a particular district/region handling similar sales team set-up.

Experience in using sales APPs whether internal or external.
DISTRICT SALES SUPERVISOR (NCR)
The District Sales Supervisor is responsible for the 100% achievement of district sales targets, expansion of district assignments by increasing the number of buying accounts, and implementing product mix selling of both manufactured & distributed products through professional sales techniques and long-term customer relationships.
Responsible for conducting monthly Accompanied Call Reports (ACR) with their Sales Executives. Assists and supports the District Sales Manager towards the achievement of the group's medium to long-term goals and objectives.

Selling experience in construction-related products is an advantage.

Being knowledgeable and having a wide range of clients in general trade (Hardware Stores) is an advantage.

Proven track record in sales and in managing a sales team with a similar set-up as with Neltex will be an advantage.

Know how to handle existing accounts and create/open new accounts.

Willing to do full-time fieldwork and knows how to drive.

SALES EXECUTIVES
The Sales Executive supports the District Sales Supervisor in attaining the sales objectives based on Total Portfolio Selling (TPS) in the assigned district. He is responsible for complying with the AKS (Attitude, Knowledge, and Skills) parameters and building professional sales techniques in order to develop a long-term working relationship with the customer.
